    Frequently Asked Questions

    Please read our FAQ before sending us a message. Equally, please don’t hesitate to contact us if your question is not answered here. I will have missed somethings out! Thank you.

    The delivery charges depend on what you have ordered.  For large letter sizes it is £1.90 and for all other orders it is £3.65.

    If you are collecting the item in person, please pick local delivery, so you are not charged for postage.

    You may pay with a credit card, cheque or cash on delivery.  
    If you pay with a credit card, the payment will be taken securely by Stripe.  Your credit card details are stored by Stripe and are not available to others.

    Every order is sent by 2nd class Royal Mail, so will take up to 7 days from posting.  I only visit the Post Office twice a week (this is to keep the carbon footprint down) on Mondays and Thursdays.  
    If you need your order quickly, please don’t hesitate to contact me to make other arrangements.

    All on-line payments are taken by Stripe and this data is secure.
    Only your contact details are available to the business and are also securely stored.  If you want a copy of the details we hold about you, you can ask for them, or we can delete your details as soon as we have processed your order.

    The order is checked and put together in a couple of days. It is then taken to the post office on either a Monday or Thursday, which ever comes sooner, to be sent by 2nd class mail.  
    If you need your order quicker, please don’t hesitate to contact us, so we can arrange this.

    You will automatically receive a confirmation email for your order containing all the details and an invoice.  We can send additional invoices on request.

    Yes we can, if you live in a region not covered by the standard postage rates, please contact us so it can be added.  Thank you.
