Payments

All payments are made through Stripe or by cash on collection.

 This is a secure card payment processor, the checkout system is integrated in to the shop checkout. It complies with all current security legislation, and is a perfectly safe way to make online payments. 

Dorset Wool doesn’t store any of your financial information.

All payments are processed in GB Pounds, for your convenience the shop is set up to show prices in your local currency, but the payment will be taken from your card in Pounds Sterling. Some card providers may charge an additional fee for this.

Packaging

We have a minimal approach to packaging, and use eco-options for much of our packaging needs. You can find out how your fibre is packaged here.

Delivery

Your order will be sent out on Monday or Thursday morning, whichever is closest to your order date.  Please note that if you are an international, outside the EU buyer, you may also have to pay a customs charge on receipt of your parcel.
