Returns and Refund Policy
As per the Terms and Conditions, you have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in an unused and resaleable condition, we will refund payment for the goods. Refunds will be paid in to the account used to pay for the original order. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. Please package the goods carefully to avoid damage, and to return them by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, and a copy of your purchase receipt with the returned items. We will not refund the postage cost of returned orders, unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please notify us, and we will dispatch a replacement order or arrange for a refund.
